This newly built Villa of 450m2 is situated in the center of St Tropez a short walk from the Place des Lices, it is on three levels,  modern and elegantly decorated with many feature pieces of decoration and lighting.

The entrance hall looks out to the heated pool, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with its superb Lacornue cooking range and well-appointed work surfaces, with a breakfast bar. This area is an open plan there is a comfortable living room with an ethanol fireplace with a large dining table that can accommodate 14 people. (there is a separate entrance for a chef and an entry for provisions).

There are five-bedroom suites including one master bedroom with access to the pool, on the first floor there are four bedrooms, two of these have terraces looking down over the town and out to the Vineyard. All bedrooms have their own televisions.

There are two other bedrooms on the lower level both ensuite, they are useful for teenagers or a nanny/driver.  On this level, there is also a well-equipped gym, Sauna, and Cinema (of professional standard, with some vibrating seats).
