This wonderful beach front Florentine style Villa located on the road leading into St Tropez. It has a large swimming pool and direct private access to the beach. You can enjoy panoramic views over the Golfe.

This beautiful Villa of 480m² is designed by the architect Thalien and over looks the Bay of St Tropez. It has a mature Mediterranean Garden of 3800m2 with several areas created for relaxing and outdoor dining.The garden looks out over the Beach and Bay and there is direct private beach access. There is also possibility for landing a helicopter and anchoring a boat infront of the Villa. 

The Pool is 16 x 8 metres, heated and has a salt water system, it has jet steams and massage jets for your enjoyment. There is a pool side shower, there are loungers there to relax and sunbath and also a jacuzzi.

There are eight ensuite bedrooms all with Satellite TV's. The large Master Bedroom also has a Steam Bath. There is a large recently upgraded Professional kitchen with a Cold Room of 10m3 and Wine Cellar. There is a home cinema in the library and the entire Villa has Wifi / Internet.

The house has a Petanque Pitch, Large BBQ, new Gym and outside Bar for drinks.

This Villa has an on site Guardien who is housed sepately but always on hand if required.
