This Villa of contempory design is located near by Pampelonne Beach. It has a living area of around 550m2 and sits amist impressive grounds 10000m2.

The house has seven luxury bedrooms in total, five of them in the main house two in the Guest House. The entire property is decorated with exquisite furniture and has many pieces of contemporary art.

The Villa has incredible 180° panoramic view out to sea and beautiful grounds which include a large outdoor living area with large sail shades, a bar area and outdoor cinema. There is a attractive olive grove, large heated infinity pool with sunbathing terrace and views over the entire beach.

The Villa has many services for you comfort and convienience; a daily housekeeper (seven hours per day/six days per week), a Chef and two hosts (one of the hosts is happy to also double as a chauffeur).  There is a private helicopter landing pad, this can be useful for transfers between Nice and La Mole Airport. There is a garage, large parking area and a private road to Nikki Beach, La Reserve and many of the famous Pampelonne Beach Clubs.

The Villa has a large area that can be set up for outside dining that can accoumodate 100 guests, the house is also perfect for larger cocktail parties and corporate events.
