This Villa is a gem situated high in the sought-after domaine de Tahiti.  

The interior has had a renovation and has been decorated in light colours and modern furnishings, with new beds, sofas and soft furnishings.

The living areas of the house are open-plan, and there is a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area leading into the lounge.

The lounge has two sets of patio doors, one that opens onto a pretty internal courtyard and the other opens out onto a terrace on the garden with an outside lounge area with a breathtaking view. In summer, when both doors are open it gives a lovely flow of air through the house.

The Master Bedroom is off the lounge, with a Dressing, a large ensuite with shower cabinet, and WC,  There are an additional two double bedrooms in the house sharing a large bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate WC.

There is a separate studio with a large bright bedroom, Dressing, and ensuite shower room.

There is new reversible Air Conditioning throughout the house/studio and a laundry room situated off the courtyard with a washing machine / tumble dryer. 

The views over Pampelonne beach from these terraces are beautiful.  There is a grassed garden area on the lower level and a Pool (heated) 4 x 12 metres, they have comfortable loungers set up around the pool. The garden has bedded areas of Mediterranean trees and shrubs that complement the space. Up a level, is the large dining terrace (with views)  and large BBQ, from the lounge you step out onto a large shaded outside terrace with comfortable furniture.

On entry, there is a pretty courtyard with seating and a water feature where you can relax & find some cool shade at some points in the day in Summer.

There is also a gate at the bottom of the garden that takes you onto the road to the beach, it is a less than 10-minute walk.  There is a private gate to the beach which you will have the use.

The entrance is an electric gate with an entry code and parking for around 3 cars, there is additional parking outside (in the Domaine).  This Domaine has security on entry, with 24 hr security.
