This Villa built in 2012 (400m2) sits in a closed residence, the interior has been styled by a great Parisian designer in the contemporary village spirit.

It is a 5-minute walk from Place des Lices via a private footpath and 5 minutes from the Port via a private driveway

Direct road access to the beaches by the Route des  Carles.

It has a Large reception entrance,  guest toilet, and Large living room (3.5 m high ceiling) with electric shuttered windows on both sides.

This house has an enclosed garden in the city center, it is peaceful and spacious and also enjoys the space of a large adjoining garden. The Mediterranean garden has Palm and Olive trees. 

There is enclosed parking with the possibility of parking three cars in front of the house, there is additional space on the quiet street outside.

 There is an 18m Mirror Pool with an electric cover and heating, comfortable sun loungers, and seating areas to relax and enjoy the peace.  Alternatively, you come out of the Villa take a very short walk, go out of the private gate and you are at the Hotel de Paris.

It is a wonderful location.
